Silky Sport

Whimsical Colors Silky Sport is a sport weight yarn that works up beautifully on US 2  (2.75mm) to US 4 (3.5mm) needles.  Made up from 85% fine merino (19.5 micron) and 15% silk, it is a luxury yarn perfect for hats, cowls, special baby garments, and other next to skin items.  It is a hand wash yarn, but I wouldn’t let that deter me from using it for a baby sweater.
